If your business has customers from different countries or regions, you can manage the conversations by setting up live chat for a multilingual website.

To do that, follow the steps:

  • Go to the ‘Customization’ option on your dashboard       
  • Under the ‘Widget Customization’, go to ‘Select Language’        
  • Choose your preferred language      
  • Click to save the settings
