Yes, you can invite visitors to chat.
There will be two types of greetings to engage visitors browsing your page:
- Automated greeting – It will be triggered when certain conditions are met.
- Manual invitation – It will be sent when an agent manually invites a visitor to chat by selecting them on the visitor’s list.
