Creating a WhatsApp or Viber bot is pretty simple with Reve Chat!
And what’s cherry on the ice cream is that you don’t have to create separate bots for separate channels, just creating one bot and enabling it for all of the available channels would connect the bot across all channels.
In order to integrate WhatsApp or Viber Bot in REVE Chat you need to connect your respective WhatsApp Business Solution Provider Account first in order to integrate that as a channel.
For WhatsApp REVE Chat supports two WhatsApp Business Solution Providers currently by default namely: 360 Dialogue and Twilio.

You can also integrate your Viber BOT by creating a ViberBOT from the Viber Admin Panel first and then integrate it from Dashboard> Integration> Social Media Channel.

1. How to integrate Viber as a channel with REVE Chat.
Once you are successfully done with the channel integration, you are fully ready to use WhatsApp and Viber bots.
In order to activate the bot just go inside the bot section, here you can either create a bot (if not created) or you can use the readymade template, once you create a bot, you will find all of the channel options right inside the chatbot builder’ profile section as below.
All bots are readily available in the section. The channel for which you want to activate the bot just check on that option and the same bot will be activated for that channel.
One single bot can be used for all of the channels i,e. Website, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber. So you don’t need to create different bots for different channels.
